Water Treatment
We have designed, installed and operated systems delivering between
10m3 per day to 4,500 m3 per day. The complexity of these processes
range from the simple, consisting of extraction and pumping to the
complex, consisting of screening, pumping, pH control, oxidation,
coagulation, flocculation filtration, chlorination and final pumping.
The contracts vary in scope of service from regular scheduled visits
to full time staffing providing 24 hour cover where appropriate.
We are always ready to discuss the clients wishes in the light of
our operational experience with a view to providing the level of
service the client wishes while offering sufficient input to ensure
and protect the supply and process.

Wastewater Treatment
EPS have direct experience in the operation and maintenance of treatment
plants and units serving a population equivalent ranging from 5
to 180,000. These processes vary from one tank systems to processes
involving multiple pumping stations, screening, grit and grease
removal, primary aeration, primary settlement, conventional and
extended aeration system, final settlement, UV disinfection, sludge
thickening and dewatering, preceded by mesophilic anaerobic digestion
and soon to be followed by thermal drying of the sludge product
with subsequent sludge reuse.

Bison Range
“The Bison Range” of treatment plants require ongoing
maintenance. This will ensure that the unit operates efficiently
and that the full design lifetime for all parts and components is
achieved. With every newly installed system and existing systems,
we offer a range of maintenance and service options.
Our main service contract on offer involves the following:
- One site visit annually for a full and detailed inspection and
service.
- Repair/replace any equipment which is covered under our warranty
conditions.
- Provision of a full and detailed service record to our customers.
We also offer a more comprehensive range of service agreements
which cover long term servicing of each plant installed.
Due to our involvement in this industry and with over 35 years
experience, we are also in a position to offer service contracts
for all makes and model of treatment plant. On a continuous basis
we stock a broad range of air pumps, effluent pumps, and ancillary
spares, etc, which ensures that our prices for replacement parts
on older systems are extremely competitive.
E.P.S. also offer a fast response time to breakdowns or emergency
call out’s through our existing staff resource and our network
of certified installation and service agents.
