E.P.S. as a Company has been synonymous with pumps since it was founded 37 years ago.

Currently, the Company sells many thousands of pumps each year, from small domestic units to very large pumps supplying many towns and cities throughout the country.

E.P.S. has warehouse facilities for their pumps and associated equipment at three locations in Ireland – Mallow, Co. Cork – Ballyhaunis, Co. Mayo, and – Mountrath Co. Laois. These locations were chosen as strategic centres to facilitate ease of delivery to the whole of Ireland.

E.P.S. has always adopted an aggressive approach in choosing it’s manufacturers, and insists on rigorous testing of all equipment prior to use. We will only purchase from Companies with relevant international standards, and our quest for new and reliable equipment is an ongoing process.

As we carry over 2,000 pumps in stock from 1 to 150HP, we can fulfil the majority of customers requirements within 24 hours. We have an unrivalled delivery fleet which has resulted in us becoming Irelands’ No. 1 supplier of pumping and associated equipment.

HOME, GARDEN & FARM

Shower Pumps - Bronze and Stainless         Steel
Supply Boosters - Fom ½ H.P in cast iron,          stainless or Noryl.          All available with automatic control.
Fountain Pumps - For every application          from smallest figurine to large pond. End         suction or submersible.          Additional features such as lights, filters          etc also available.
Deep Well Pumps - Stainless steel,         bronze or plastic head pumps for every         depth up to 1000ft.. Complete package         including cable, piping and automatic         controls. Usually available from your local         installer (for service and emergency         call-out). All pumps fitted with Franklin         Electric motors. We recommend         ‘Wellmate’ pressure vessels which         carry a 5 year guarantee. Some deep well         pumps – up to 150 ft (45 mtrs) are        available ‘surface  mounted’.
PowerWashing - For all washing         applications such as walls, footpaths,         cars, toys etc. For households  we         recommend the 2 HP to 1500 P.S.I (100         bar). Light and easy to use from a         standard tap – 8 litres per minute. For         farm use we recommend the own          manufactured 3 H.P electric unit – up to         2000 P.S.I (130 bar) or our tractor         mounted unit 3000 P.S.I (200 bar) tractor         unit has 3 pint leakage phase –          galvanised.
Sump Pumps - For rainwater, floodwater,         dirty applications such as septic tanks         and pits. Wide  variety available in single         phase from 50 to 1,000 litres and capable         of handling solids up to 50mm.
Slurry Pumps - Submersible or         overground for a wide variety of         applications. Up to 3 HP single phase         and up to 30 HP, 3 phase (we do not         recommend pumping raw manure with a         single phase pumps – application is too         difficult).
Milk and Wet Feed Pumps - Usually in         stainless steel with 1¼” outlet and varying          capacities, etc. Very robust design with          high quality seals for long life.
Transfer Pumps - For clean and soiled          liquids with large flow characteristic for          speed of operation and reduced costs.          Widely used for pumping whey, pig          slurry, pit water etc for single phase up to          3000 litres/min.

EPS has been supplying in the Industrial pump market for the past 30 years with a wide variety of products between pumps, spares and accessories, our inventory held at three locations in Ireland for speed of service exceeds €2,000,000. The industrial sectors we supply include food and beverage, pharmaceutical, IT.

Weir

Industrial process pumps mainly end suction and split case for clean and corrosive liquids. Available in cast iron and stainless steel. Special coatings available for enhanced performance.

Seepex

Positive displacement/progressive cavity pumps for all dense liquids. Available in a wide variety of materials and capable of pressures up to Bar.

Aturia

Single stage multi-stage end suction, inline, submersible etc. Aturia are a very large Italian manufacturing whom EPS have been representing for 30 years.

Yamada

Air diaphragm pumps. Available in several materials to meet the most demanding of applications. All types of liquids handled.

DP

A Dutch company now in the ownership of KSB. This company specialises in stainless steel multistage pumps. Most suitable for pressurising systems, mainly hot and cold water.

Pentair

Pentair are a huge multi-national and own companies such as Aurola, Starite, Fleck. EPS are proud to represent this diverse company that has a worldwide reputation.

COUNCILS, CORPORATIONS AND GROUP SCHEMES

EPS is probably best know for the vast amount of work it carries out on behalf of every County Council and City Council in Ireland.

The first pump ever installed by EPS was for a small group scheme in 1970.

In the past 30 years over 1500 schemes have been added.

Such was the demand for the services of EPS in the 70 & 80’s that it helped in the development of its Regional Offices. EPS has also been very active in Tendering and Building public schemes since its foundation.

Local authorities through Ireland avail of the services of EPS and many are dependent on us to provide a breakdown service – 24 hrs per day.

With the advent of design, building, operate (DBO) schemes, we are again to the forefront in providing a totality services. EPS have been successful in several of these new schemes and the prospects for a continuation of this work looks very exciting.

All design work is done in –house with a team of specialist engineers and auto-cad technicians. With over 20 crews we can effect the installation of the most complex projects quickly and efficiently.

We already have “operate” (up to 20 years) contacts for several schemes and we have set up an operation department to cater for this respect of our work.
